The form

Sending the form gives us your name, the contact you leave and your message: the place, the fact and the link. We collect nothing else, and you do not need an account.

We never publish your name or contact; they serve only to ask you about the message.

Counting visits

A script hosted on this site counts visits. It sets no cookies and builds no profile of you. Pressing a contact button on a place’s page sends one event naming the button type, the place and its activities; it carries no information about you.

Your location

Your location is requested only after you press the location button. It stays in your browser while the tab is open, is used there to calculate distances and is sent to no one, this site included.

A station, school or area you choose by name is saved in your browser for your next visit.

The map in the filters shows OpenStreetMap streets: when you open it, your browser fetches map images from OpenStreetMap’s servers, which see your IP address and the area you are looking at, like any website. The point you choose stays in your browser.

Listed places and your rights

The list repeats what places publish for customers on their own pages and in their Google listings. When a place is run by one person, a phone number or address appears only if that person published it.

The legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): parents need these facts to compare activities. Nothing is sold and no one is profiled.

Anyone the list mentions may ask for access, correction or erasure, or object to being listed, through the form. We answer within a month. You may also complain to the CNPD, the Portuguese data protection authority.

Deleting a message

To delete a message you sent, use the form again and tell us which one. We remove it within a month.
